What credit card is best for me?

With the success of credit cards as a financial instrument and payment option not only for individuals but also for businesses, it becomes a natural evolution for credit card companies to start offering different types of cards. Each credit card offers different features that not only distinguishes each one, but these features can be a big help in fulfilling your financial goals especially if you choose the right credit card that will help your objectives.

Some of the more common types of credit cards are:

Charge cards
These are credit cards wherein it is expected that you pay the full balance of your charged purchases every month, compared to credit cards where you can elect to just pay a fraction of the total purchase until you have fully paid it.

Regular credit cards
As mentioned above, regular credit cards offer you a specified credit limit based on your credit or financial history and then charge you with either an annual or monthly percentage on any balance that you have left unpaid.

Rewards cards
This particular card is similar to a regular credit card except for additional incentives that are given to the credit card user for the continued use of the card. Frequent use will entitle you to gain certain rewards, depending on the total amount that you have charged. There are many rewards that are usually given to users from cash rebates to air travel to discounts in commercial establishments.
